The Secret Lab is the realization of the dream of Baêta and Danilo, two professionals with a unique vision to generate a positive impact on society and the economy. Baêta, an expert in Innovation, Design, Systems and Enterprise Architect, and Danilo, an Electrical Engineer with an MBA and Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, have combined their experiences gained in large companies and complex operations to create a company that offers excellence in a sustainable and economically viable way.
Our journey includes the creation of the world's first Digital Innovation Lab for Mining and a global network of Innovation Hubs. Danilo explored the world of games, while Baêta led digital transformation initiatives in Asia, including projects for the world's second largest mining company and digital management at DSS+ (Dupont Sustainable Solutions). Now, reunited once again at the Secret Lab, ready to build an amazing future with our clients.

CEO and Co-Founder
Polyglot in technology, design, agility, and business. Certified by MIT in Technology and Innovation, he has 20 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in companies such as Vale, Rio Tinto, Dupont, Hurb. As a consultant, he has served numerous national and international companies such as ONS, Ailos, Municipal Secretary of Education / SP, Engie, Bunge, Uniodonto, among others.

He has a strong presence in the Games and Corporate industry as a Business Developer.
